Replicable like this (but happens in other circumstances also):Ģ) Print to "Microsoft print to PDF" printerĤ) Adobe error popup comes up "The document could not be printed" followed by "An error occured while printing the document".Ħ) This time it does not even get to the point where it asks for file name, it already shows this error again "The document could not be printed" followed by followed by "An error occured while printing the document". I am also having this issue as of last week. So although this workaround isn't perfect, it will still save me a LOT of time. That's okay though, because I can still go back and make changes to the original document which will not print, close the document, open with a 'browser' and then print. The only downside is that I cannot change any of the text on the document I printed from the 'browser'. I had the best success using the 'Adobe' printer. Once the document is open in the browser, I can then 'print' to whatever I choose.

I've tested opening the document in both Firefox and Chrome.

However, yesterday I had a eureka moment whereby on a whim I decided to 'right click' the pdf file and 'open with' a 'browser'. (Yes, it seems sometimes some of the pages will print.) However, the quality is not good as the fine print turns out too blurred to read, so I usually have to totally reconstruct the affected pages.

Yes, I could convert the pdf to either a JPEG or a TIFF image file and print it. I have tried every suggestion on this forum for this problem with absolutely no (to very limited) success over the past couple of years.
